The difference of this software is that one leases it. It is not a software that one buys and becomes ones property. The essence of this software is its database, so basically you are leasing the database for a one year period for $1000 dollars. The next year the lease will be 50% of the first year. The third year will be the same price as the second year. The customer support for this software is one month free after installation.
